If i could give this company a negative star.... i would give them -10. They are a terrible representation of the brand SUBARU. Dont get ur subaru repaired here...which im unsure if they do actually.... do repair there....as they couldnt even keep my appointment.... they told me to have my Subaru there at 1PM and at 3:30 PM when i called to find out the information as to whats wrong... they said there were still 2 ppl ahead of me? What? So, my appointment as my time really didnt matter to them.... and when I got there at 4:15PM my car hadnt even been looked at.... and DAN the worthless service writter then announced that they wouldnt get to it til tomorrow....and thats when i took it to the general manager.... Chris... which later i would come to find out hes the sales manager not the general manager ..... which sat in his chair with a blank look on his face...and asked me what I wanted him to do about it.....after his lack luster responses and down right lack of sense of urgency to help i requested my vehicle.... to again he retorted "what you want me to drive it out to you?".....Then he smirked and smiled as we left... I spoke to SUBARU 5 mins after leaving this establishment they agreed that this is NOT how they wanted their customers treated....Not a great, good or even mediocre dealership...that SUBARU is now aware of.. ..and hopefully can take action against MOORE.....Bc if they dont... i wont ever buy another SUBARU ....if they continue to partner with dealerships that treat us ...the consumer like trash.
