  • The Good -- Good location since it's right off the 202 freeway and it's McDowell. The staff are awesome and very helpful The Bad - People smoke outside their apartment and they put the ashtray outside their apartment, it smells horrible So many dog poop People were always parking in my parking space. I work at night so most of the night I was gone and when I came home at 7 am, my parking space was always taken. A friend of mine lived there and she told me that when she complained about it her car was egged and I was too scared to call the car to have it towed. The walls are so thin, you can hear everything with those thin walls. Also, I was a little upset that I didn't get my deposit back. I only lived there for 6 months, the place was as clean as they had given it to me because I never really lived there and was just using it as a storage. I was told that I have to get the carpet clean even though it was clean already, they said it would cost $75 and also have to get it professional clean which would cost about $50. I can't imagine people living there for an extended amount of time, I don't think they ever give deposit back....
