  • Stay away! I had hoped that we would've received superior customer service from this establishment because we have had our Lexus serviced here for the past few years. Instead, the operation they are running is awful. We left Superstition Springs Lexus without a car deal and drove home a few hours later with a new Lexus from a nearby dealership. The salesman and the manager on duty (Rashad) blatantly lied to our faces. Do yourself a favor and save yourself some time--GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! You'll be glad you did. I gave them one star because I have never had a problem with their service department--good guys that work in that department. Sales team--zero stars. Management team--zero stars.
