  • I stayed here for two nights for a conference last May. My room was very comfortable and well-equipped, and the view was nice. The location is great for downtown Toronto, and it's very close to metro and bus. The front desk staff were very nice, if sometimes a little backed up. When I asked for things to do around Toronto, I had a long, helpful explanation with a map. My only complaints are: My keycard didn't work a few times, had to keep running back and forth. I had to catch a bus at 5AM, and was given slightly incorrect directions to the bus depot. If I hadn't used a map, I wouldn't have made my bus.
