  • I was referred to Joanne by another local dog sitter who was unavailable for my short-notice trip. To say I was hesitant is an understatement but after a consultation with Joanne I started to feel more at ease. Over my 4-day trip Joanne sent me photos of my dogs at each visit (3x per day) which made me feel so much more comfortable. She checked our mail, cleaned up the inevitable accident on our carpet (luckily only happened once thanks to all her visits) and even skimmed our pool after noticing a storm had come through! She went above and beyond and we will happily be using her again!
