  • Horrible customer services. They seem to value their contractor customers over residential customers. They were listed as authorized retailer for a product we wanted installed in our basement. We wanted about 1000 sq door of product. The woman who I dealt with on the phone sounded rude. She didn't want to provide product information or pricing on the phone. Clearly she felt I was a waste of time. Avoid this place. There are several flooring retailers that will provide superior client servicing irrespective of your order size.
