I must admit I am a frequent patron of this particular Outback. I encountered several rare problems the last time I was there. The very next day it was still on my mind so I called and requested to speak with the owner. She called me the next day and couldn't be more professional. After hearing my concerns she sincerely apologized. Forty eight hours later she FedEx to me complimentary Tuck Aways to be applied to my next visit. She was very concerned and offered these without my prompting her at all.
Megan DeAngelo managing partner sure knows how to run a business and make her customers feel your complaint was NOT on deaf ears. DONOT hesitate to visit this restaurant . It was an "off" night and the owner takes to heart your opinion and input....
