On the journey to better health I felt that having the proper mind set would help first off. I currently love yoga and how it makes me feel, but I believe that there is something missing. I found this business with the wonderful aid of a friends advice who is a regular customer at the classes. I am not looking to attend classes on a regular basis but they offer individual specialized sessions for clients to help them find balance and harmony in life. I feel with the proper knowledge of breathing techniques I will continue the process and incorporate it into my own fitness regimen.
The teacher that did the check up for me was a wonderful human being so full of knowledge. With the initial consultation that they offer here for only $29 it is such a fabulous deal. I learned how and how not too breath during yoga. My breathing needed improvement during my yoga stretches. I learned from the consultation that the yoga is not effective without the proper breathing.I now have the proper methods to ensure my breathing will aid me during yoga. I was given direction on the proper body posture during the poses I am doing too to ensure the maximum effects.
Chakra balance is something all new to me and something that interests me. The balance of the bodies chakra alignment can be used as per the advisement of the teacher to help regulate the bodies energies. It can be harmful if done I correctly. The exam teacher was highly knowledgeable about balance and completing harmony within the body and ones life. I will revisit but currently have so much input and information that I will incorporate it into my life and try to achieve some balance and harmony union between the mind and body which will hopefully transfer to a daily life regimen and become a norm.
