Verizon has the absolute WORST Customer service I've ever experienced in my life.
My phone hasn't worked in a wk. Which stopped the DSL from working.
A repair person was supposed to come this afternoon. I got 2 reminder automated calls but no repairman and every time I called Verizon I never got to speak to a human except 1 time, but before we got started the call dropped and I didn't get called back. 3 subsequent calls total ed 1 hr. 40 min. Of on hold music. UNBELIEVEABLE.
WE'RE STUCK IN A MONOPOLY.
