Last time I ever come to this golf club for several reasons. First they state they are a "Semi-Private" golf club, yet they invite the public to play the course for one reason and only one reason "revenue stream". If they are going to take the "publics" money all players should be treated "equally". I had a 10AM tee time got to the club an hour early to warm up... was immediately told upon check on the golf course is closing at 11AM so we are moving up everyone's tee times. Why? To accommodate the employees. I was allowed to warm up only for 5 minutes, and then I was told we can't send you put on the #1 tee box so you need to go out on #10. To cap it off the course was fairly empty, I needed my own golf cart for emergency reasons and was told by a "Golf Pro" Jim M. that I had to ride with someone. I said you must have over 100 hundred golf carts in the cart shop and he stated that only "members" are allowed to ride by themselves. Last time I looked up "discrimination" that would fit the definition. A public golf course in Phoenix where people are treated different based on numerous factors... Jim could have very easily said you know what it's Memorial Day it's not that busy have a golf cart of your own enjoy your round. Instead he was as rude and condescending has any employee I've ever dealt with, immature, and unpolished in his business acumen. He refused to issue a refund or green fee voucher, just a very arrogant immature 20 something kid. By the way the practice facility is browned out and sandy. There was no one running the practice range, no balls. There's blatant discrimination between the public who pays a green fee and really supports the golf course and their so called "members". Don't go and support the club there are to many other golf courses nearby that appreciate your hard earned money and treat people with respect.
