  • PORTRAIT STUDIO Received a gift certificate for Christmas. I was looking forward to a family portrait. When confirming the appointment, we were informed that if we were late, we were the last appointment of the day and they would leave. Healthy boundaries are good but lacking customer care. Arrived early for appointment and was greeted by a friendly gal who would be our photographer. She did the usual poses and we finished in less than 20 minutes. Upon review of the proofs, many poses showed my top was bunched or the pose looked awkward. The finished product looked like the old Kmart photo style...only much more expensive.
