  • "In this life, when you deny someone an apology, you will remember it at time you beg forgiveness." -Toba Beta A little over a week ago, I received an email from Eric (the owner). I was completely dumbfounded.... my original post was almost a year ago to the date. The email had, what I consider, a very sincere apology in regards to all of the issues that we had last year. I won't go into everything that it said, but at the end of it, I felt as though Eric was being genuine. In the email, he requested the chance to turn a negative situation into a positive experience. As a person who has had to reach out to someone in my life to apologize for the way I had treated them, I felt as though it was the right thing to do... but ONLY because I felt Eric was genuinely trying to mend the situation. Eric offered to install a tree or two for free, but our front yard is completely done, and isn't in need of anything (it's where the original tree was). When he came over (himself), we toured my poor, dog abused backyard. We recently had a line break in the back, & now that my dogs aren't puppies, and aren't chewing on everything, my whole backyard needs some love. Eric offered to repair my irrigation system for free and sent me a quote for the rest of the things needed/wanted for my backyard. When we received the quote, I thought it was extremely fair for all of the work that needs to be done. At this time though, it's not feasible to get it all done... this all came as an unexpected surprise. I advised Eric that we are going to have to hold off on the work until the beginning of the year. Eric completely understood and insisted that we go ahead and fix the irrigation now, still for free, and when I was ready we could do the rest of the work. I gave the approval yesterday. He said his guys would be here between 8:30-9:30 this morning. They showed up at like 8:20, and got the work knocked out in a day... did I mention I have a HUGE backyard? He also replaced the sprinkler heads that needed to be replaced for no cost as well. I'm updating my review because Eric did what most people won't, personal or business wise. He made a wrong, right. Thank you Eric. I'll be in touch soon for the rest of the work.
