I purchased contacts last Wednesday 10/18 and was told they should arrive by Tuesday 10/24. When they didn't, I called in on 10/25 and was told that they STILL were not in and that they should arrive 10/26. This is already an inconvenience as I had appointments scheduled back to back on this day. But I figured I'd try and squeeze in a trip to Henderson to pick up my contacts.
When I had asked for the arrival date of the contacts it was because I am flying out of state on the 26th (by 8pm) and wanted to make sure I had my contacts for my wedding. I was not contacted on the 26th so I once again had to call in around 2:15pm to ask for an update as I was running errands and live on the other side of town. I was told the shipments should have arrived by that time. I did not get an update that my contacts were in until 4:07pm.
I am very disappointed and frustrated that I will not have contacts to wear for my wedding day. I had called in to see if anyone could stick around for 5 minutes so that I could drive from north Las Vegas to pick these contacts up. I was told yes but to make sure I am there by 6:35 because "the manager has somewhere to be." I feel that statement was unnecessary as it is obvious-- everyone has somewhere to be-- and it isn't my ideal situation to be rushing there across town in rush hour traffic for contacts that should have arrived 2 days ago. This whole ordeal has been an inconvenience for me.
Poor follow up on your company all together. I really wish this could be remedied and that the gentleman answering the phone Saul (?) relayed my frustration regarding this situation to the manager Dave (it sounded like he could care less when I spoke to him on the phone). I have been coming to CustomEyes for the past 3 years and refer my friends and loved ones here. Very upset that you guys dropped the ball when it mattered the most for me.
