  • I came here because I was new to the area and needed a good blow out and straightening. I starting seeing a girl that was intermediate for experience that should have known how to do just that. I started coming to her once a week because at my last salon, if you did a good blow out & flat iron it would last a week. It actually got worse. Not only was I paying for service that wasn't provided because this stylist stated she didn't know how to do my type of hair ( fine and curly) but I found out that when they give their employees a pay raise they also raise the prices of the services for their customers. So the client is actually paying for the employees raise. The price of the style was raised from $29 to $49 in a short three months. Needless to say I have yet to find anyone in the Southwest Charlotte or Fort Mill area that knows how to do a good blowout or highlights and if you happen to find someone you think may have the skills, they are over charging you because people in this area will pay the extra because they have limited options of who they can go too.
