  • I love my new Lexus, but I do not love this dealership. I bought a hybrid and was told by Shay and Rashad my car would qualify for an alternative fuel plate. IT DOES NOT. Not good news for someone that commutes from Chandler to central Phoenix everyday. I was scheduled for an 11:30 appt on 12/2 to come in for one hour to learn about the features of the new car. When I arrived no one could find out who I was scheduled with and I ended up sitting with a sales person for maybe 15 minutes. TOTALLY UNIMPRESSED!!!
