  • We called ROW to fix a simple drain by our pool. Mainly cosmetic. They said they'd have to redo all the cool decking etc around the area because it didn't look level. They quoted us $1700! After we escorted him out of our house, we found a handyman that charged us $40.00 to replace the drain. It looks perfect. Stay away from this company.
