  • Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever received. I tried calling to schedule an appointment for my car. I need all new tires and wanted an oil changed. I was on hold for almost 20 minutes before auto answered the phone to then put me back on hold for another ten minutes. They refused to get me a manager and told me I had to hang up and call back. So I did. The manager was nice enough but did nothing to fix the situation.
