  • I'm beyond disappointed in this location. I'm not even going to go into how they made me come back THREE separate times to exchange out a car when they could've just made it happen the first time using the manual form they ended up using anyways. My issue is this: these cars are filthy. This is the third car I've rented from them and it's like they keep getting dirtier. Before they put me in a different car the second time around I took the time to very nicely ask the girl there (Sara) if they clean the cars in between rentals because the rental I was changing out was pretty dirty on the inside when I got it. It looked like they ran it through the exterior wash and didn't even bother to dry it and left the inside as is. I didn't say anything at the time, but figured I would mention something about it now so she would take some time to make sure it was clean this second time. She assured me they did. She gave me the keys and let me walk out the door only to have me walk around the building because the car was nowhere to be found. Finally she went to go get it and came back 15 minutes later because she had to 'go get it cleaned'. All while I was waiting outside thinking she was about to pull around. To put it mildly I found a dirty silver fork, multiple bottle caps, a trash bag between the seats, and the gem in the picture below in the center console. Not to mention it smelled and looked like she just sprayed Lysol all over the dirty inside of the car and called it a day. After having waited over an hour to get into this car the last thing I wanted to do was stay there any longer. So I drove to my nearest full service car wash and paid $25 for them to do what Hertz should have done from the get go. So gross guys. I feel as though the cleanliness of your cars should be a top priority. Up there with them running well. I know my insurance sends me to you, but maybe next time I'll have better luck at another location.
