  • Product options are good. Installation -- not good. First installed with a cord showing sticking out of the fireplace. Ridiculous. The next guy they sent was better. Follow up and service--poor. Rude on the phone and always seem overwhelmed and busy and they have to "see what they can do" or "check their schedule and call you back"--then they never call back. You have to call them again and then you get an attitude about how busy they are or people are taking time off. Don't recommend them... pricing is very high and customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
