Used to love this place and came back for the first time in years. Main issue, my sandwich was SMALL. I got a Reuben and it was on small oval bread cut diagonally...the halves were like slightly large hors d'oeuvres. Seriously, regular grocery store bread would have made a substantially bigger sandwich. It was like three bites for each half, ate it in two minutes and it cost $9.50. They did load the rest of the plate with average fries (cost extra). My memory of Ella's from a decade ago is of getting huge sandwiches you couldn't even finish. Yeah, all the toys are cute and fun but the food is a rip off. Service took a long time, didn't check on refilling drinks, etc. Sad to say I probably won't be back.
