  • Bought shoes from NYC SOLE, convinced the guy to give me a10%discount on second pair. When i got home had buyers remorse so took them back the next day. The guy says oh since you got a discount can only do exchange, i asked for a credit to come back on another day he said no sorry we don't do that...long story short the $131 shoes I was trying to return ended up costing me another $27. I would say DO NOT buy from this place. The fat bald old manager stood back and did absolutely nothing to help fix the situation. Poor business.
