  • I received a gift certificate for a free microdermabrasion here. I'm 29 years old, but have very smooth, soft, unwrinkled skin. I don't have acne problems. I thought this would be a fun facial. I left feeling smooth and decent, but two days later, my face broke out in a rash of tiny bumps. My skin is so bumpy and red around my nose that I can barely wear makeup. My chin is also itchy and bumpy. When I called and explained, they told me this was normal. But I insisted and they finally agreed to see me and gave me some samples of acne cream, moisturizer and Vascular repair cream to try to undo the damage - but they keep saying it's normal. Well, it's not normal for me! I normally have perfect skin! I'm hoping this gets better within a week but right now I'm really regretting this... I think it normally costs $100. I would be very angry if I'd spent that much money to have my skin destroyed.
