  • I have been living at the Sunset Point Apts for almost 4 years. I have read some of the reviews that just aren't true. I have no bugs at all, if you did have any you can call the office they will send over the exterminator who is here every Friday. I have had 3 scorpions in 3 1/2 years this is the Desert, it happens. Every time I have made a request for maintenance it is always done right away. The grounds are spotless,Just a shout out to my favorite maintenance guys Van and Paul. The staff is great, I have been in Las Vegas 26 years this is the best place I have lived in. Sometimes there is alot of traffic to get in or out on sunset, just go up one block to Surry use the back gate.
