The clerk made a bunch hard sales on upgrades and add-ons. It wouldn't have bothered me so much if he hadn't lied about each up-sell. For the record, the gas outside of the airport cost around 2.25, not 2.89 like he said. Also, he argued with me that the rental insurance provided as a perk of the credit card I have does not include Loss of Use insurance, so I needed to buy their insurance to be fully covered. My card does in fact cover Loss of Use.
If they didn't spend so much time up-selling, maybe their customers wouldn't have to wait in line so long.
The guys in the garage who helped me check out and return the car were great. Unfortunately, their great service couldn't make up for the people upstairs.
