  • My alarm went off last night (long weekend, Saturday night) and I could not halt it, pull out battery or disconnect it. My search for a friendly & able neighbour was unsuccessful.Dupont assists me with heating and AC and having no other options I called their answering service. 5 minutes later the owner called me back explaining that his assistants were just getting home to retire for the night. He offered to come over (it was after 10:30 pm and fix the problem. He did! Fabulous, kind soul. I could not be happier!! Ella Bernhard
