  • Worst customer service ever. Not only did I have to ask for a room but the girl who opened it up for me didn't take the pile of product from me so I can shop the shoes in the back, but instead just stood and watched as if I took up her time. I did purchase a really nice evening dress and the other girl checking me out was about to toss the dress in the bag, no folding, nothing. I actually took it from her and folded it so I wouldn't put on a big wrinkled mess later. As a retail manager myself, I would never give such horrible service. I will never shop this location again and the fact their store manager was there as well makes it even worse.
