Decided to start the New Year off with a fresh cut. A friend of mine's wife works at another location and was not available on Sunday, so I went to this location.
I prepared my new cut with photos of how I wanted my bangs and my angled bob. Jordan was the stylist who cut my hair.
I began to worry when Jordan started to cut my hair with angles I've never seen.
When she was finished, she did not offer me a mirror to see the back of my hair. I should have known right then and there I had a bad haircut.
When I got home, I was disappointed and thought maybe it was the round brush she used to style it. (I paid extra to have it blown dry)THere was no angle to the bob and the layers were so messed up.
I tried the next morning to style my hair, but it was so short and not even, I cried. I went to work and then called to make an appointment to have someone else at the place look at it to see what they could do to fix it.
NO way was Jordan going to touch my hair.
The other stylist tried to even the layers and fix the back. Again, I felt sick as she turned the chair away from the mirror and began a dry cut. I could see the angles were so far off, requiring more length to be cut.
I looked at the cut (which did look better) but was still not happy.
She washed my hair and then began to style it with a round brush. Uugh!
Jordan began to have an attitude telling me that my bangs were already too short. I told her they were not, but what was I going to do with the end result. I was told that was the best they could do and to let it grow out.
I asked for a refund. Jordan said she would give me one. She began to refund the cost but without the tip. I told her no way was she going to get the tip and I wanted a full refund.
So now, I'm stuck with a haircut nowhere's near the photos I gave them. I got a little frustrated and loud. I heard the staff say "oooh" and then I told them they're lucky I didn't sue them.
DO NOT go there. Attitude from Jordan was not welcomed. And neither was my too short haircut!
