  • People, let me warn you...do not do business with this dealership! They will lie to you. They play "good cop/bad cop" with you. They took $2,000 of my money to initiate a dealer trade. A week later, nobody had done anything with the trade and nobody would communicate with me. I called the GM and nobody had even called the other dealership to initiate the trade. I was told the day I gave them the money, that they had already talked to the other dealership and had an agreement. The GM made a bunch of excuses and didn't do anything to try to keep my business. I got my money refunded and will deal directly with the other dealership that has the vehicle I found. Oh yes, I found it...they didn't even help me find the vehicle I was looking for. Useless...don't do business with them!
