| - Came on lunch to get a burger. Was so pumped. Especially after I found out they have a gluten free bun. Walked in and was greeted by a nice young man. He told us where to go. Was standing in ordering when a waitress came over to the counter and started shouting at a manager about her order being messed up for someone. And the poor girl at the register was apologizing the entire time and finally said, she's trying to order. The waitress looked back at me and just turned back around started complaining to her boss again. Finally he said ok, step over there and went and told the people behind the counter to let her know when her food was ready. I paid $13 for a basic cheeseburger and I got sweet potato tots. Waited over 20 minutes for our order. That is to be expected Downtown Cleveland, during lunch time while there is a day time Indians game! The dining room is amazing!! it is so clean, everyone has room, yes, fluffy people room too. there is even an outdoor patio where you can enjoy your meal as well. Tons of staff and they're all running around making sure that people are being taken care of.
Back to the food. Presentation is wonderful. Looked great was so excited. The pickles were ok, but good on the burger. I had to pull the lettuce off because I can't eat it, but wanted it for the pictures. Took a bite. Crunchy. The burger was burnt. Took it apart to inspect. Ate the pickles, left the bottom bun because it was soggy and just ended up eating the top bun and burger and cheese. There wasn't enough of the special sauce on the burger either. Enough to taste it though. It was good! Was kinda bummed, but hey, I have tater tots. Soggy! I ate 1. I was SO PUMPED about eating here. $13 to eat a tot and a patty, cheese and a top bun. The bun was great! That was the only thing that was good. I will have to go back another day and give them a try again, something different, and when they hype has died down and they're not so busy. But for now, I wouldn't go back!
