  • I love the way these people treated us. There is no pressure and it felt good being able to trust a sales associate. The wait was about 15 minutes, but they gave out complimentary Italian shaved ice, so the wait time seemed non-existent. We were shown their mattress in a private room and given time to try it out for as long as we needed. One of their representatives came in and answered all of our questions and even shared a few laughs with us. She was so personable. At the end, she said goodbye and saw us out. One day later I ordered my T&N mattress and I could not be happier with the product. This is how mattress buying should be. What a fantastic experience. I recommend you try it before you buy it and if you do, you will LOVE IT.
