  • So glad Popbar has finally opened up here in Arizona and to be more exact here in the West Valley! With all these new additions to West Gate I might actually be a regular. I found out about Popbar through social media and had seen many pictures of my cousins from SoCal posting all the time. When I found out we were opening one up I was thrilled! I finally came by to try this place last night around 8pm. There was about 2-3 people in front of me when I arrived and there was a crowd shortly after. The employees were really nice and friendly. The girl behind the counter took the time to explain the process to me (picking out a bar and being able to customize my pop with dips, toppings, drizzles) I decided to go with the green tea pop half dipped with chocolate topped with almonds and waffle cone pieces and a white chocolate drizzle to finish. It was exactly what I hoped it to be! I noticed on the menu they also sell 6-packs of pops which automatically includes an insulated bag. I believe that's what I'll opt for next since I'm already craving for another gelato pop! Definitely worth the try!
