  • Visiting The Shops at the Forum, I wandered into Sephora. Usually when I go to Sephora, sales associates are nice enough and answer my inquiries directly. However, this particular store visit was memorable and enjoyable. I met Gianna who was more than helpful! She was genuine, sweet and professional, taking the time to chat with me, understand my needs and recommend a variety of products. I was truly impressed with her customer service and will definitely return whenever I'm in Vegas.
