  • Hector came to our house to look at the AC unit for a warranty claim. I have a slight bend in the wiring for years on the top. The fan and motor are inches away but he stated that someone stepped on it and caused my motor to malfunction.If he would have even paid slight more attention the wiring is bent less than a cm not touching any fan blades or electrical equipment and it is clearly visible that it is not new. because of his wrong evaluation my warranty company will not pay for the repair as they say it is a physical damage.The fan is still running so what exactly is the bent wire doing HECTOR please explain.the motor is no where near it????
