We saw Warmer in the Winter with Lindsey Stirling last night (Dec 2017). This venue is great. The show was amazing! Clean, plentiful restrooms, great bar & seating areas, and clearly marked seating. Also, there is general admission standing room only near the bar area, if you need to save some money on tickets. It's an intimate venue, so the acoustics are great. And the decor is interesting and entertaining!
Parking and getting into and out of the venue are the reasons I can't give it 4 stars.
There was a huge line to get into the venue, due to the process of getting through security. Make sure you leave enough time to get through this line if you want to be able to get in and find your seats while the lights are still up or if you want to get a drink before the show.
The lines to get out of the show are again, long and there aren't many ways out of this 3rd floor venue except a few elevators and a narrow escalator.
Paid parking is available in the garage below the venue, but it took us over an hour to get out of the garage with traffic from the show. My sister gave her car to the valet and that took almost an hour to retrieve her car as well.
I suggest planning on hitting one of the nearby restaurants after the show to avoids the crowds and enjoy your wait with friends instead of sitting in your car in traffic or standing in line waiting for an elevator.
