rev:text	I've been to Hard Rock nails several times before finally deciding to write a review because I wanted to give them a fair chance. I was introduced to Hard Rock nails by a friend who had such gorgeous nails so I thought I had to give them a try. If I were to rate them solely on creativity and skill when it comes to doing nails I would give the 5 stars, Johnny and his crew are extremely talented and they create stunning nails! However, my rating is based on my overall experiences. Firstly, I find that they are very unwelcoming. When you first walk in its very awkward, they tell you to sit down like your a little kid in a daycare centre. I find that no one goes out of their way to deliver customer service and to be polite. I understand that they are busy but I am a paying customer and for their prices. I am sorry but I deserve better treatment and to be treated with respect. The receptionist seems to lack training. Also, one of the technicians I believe his name is Doug is very rude and looks like he would rather be anywhere else but at the salon. Also, he has a bit of a sour attitude and he has constant mood swings. One moment he is funny and cracking jokes next minute he looks so miserable!! Overall, the salon is nice, clean, modern and they are very creative. However, they need to work on their customer service skills. I think because they are always busy and have a large clientele they let that slip. But they shouldn't! My advice to them is that they should not let their amazing talent get to their heads. They should treat every customer with respect because you never know who is coming to your place of business and how many more customers they can bring for you!
