  • Well lets see now ...... lets start with the Leasing Office. They are very helpful in everyway imaginable. I have had no problems with them at all. Any issue I might have had, it was taken care of. The police are also very helpful in getting things resolved with some of the neighbors ! The Maintenance Guys & Gal, are good at what they do, but it's very unfortunate that they are understaffed in this area, at this time. I have been here since 4/17 And I haven't had much to complain about. Except for the robbery that happened when I first moved in, the first week in May. Which the police had taken care of ..... too many street people hanging around. This property has over 820 apartments and for it's size it's not bad at all. Just wish that the rent was a litter lower.Some buildings do have issues. But the Building I'm in Building 13 as far as I know is doing ok. The crew in the Leasing Office is a great team and I hope it stays that way.
