I was at the intro class and at first I thought it was great, flow was good but the class started to go little too fast and that made me focus on following on the instruction instead of listening to my body. I did spoke with a few people after the class and many have agreed.
I tried only cuz I was told that it will help with my back pain when I signed up at the Expo by the owner there. . What I didn't realize was that it focused on so many different things in one day and the class was way too long. The class went 30 min over the scheduled time which I thought it was way too much for the first timers (total 2.5 hrs)
Unfortunately my back pain got so much worse, it was pretty mild before but now i'm in a lot of pain having to spend a lot of time and money for therapy.
I am truly disappointed, I was really looking forward to the experience and the possibility of healing my back but unfortunately it did a total opposite.
Ok Well i got the below response from the owner, guess what my SI joint is inflamed ever since i took the class (i took CT scan as the pain won't go away) and I've been spending thousands of dollars for therapy still now. Want me to come back try the complimentary class, are you kidding me? If I didn't sign the paper I would have sued them 1000%. Good for back pain? The 2 hr random intro class? What a pure joke !
