  • I have flat feet (weak arches) and planter fasciitis and at 60 years old, it finally caused a problem. My podiatrist referred me to Second Sole. The staff are athletes and runners, I am not. But, these people have helped me more than I ever could have hoped for. I most recently asked if they could help me with a possible warranty issue on my Brooks Addiction 12. They did. This store is for runners and people who have foot issues. As another reviewer stated, this is not a store for $20.00 sneakers. I am happy to pay $100.00 plus for my shoes at Second Sole because the shoes solve my foot problems.I don't know anyone's name who works there, but they all are doing 5 star service. Thank you Second Sole, Lakewood. I have been with Second Sole for about 2 years, from when the Lakewood store was in Rocky River.
