Update 4/20
I'm modifying my initial review and rating based on the fact that Firestone responded to my concerns and were able to have the problem with my car fixed at no additional cost to me. Kevin, the area manager reached out to me and answered all my concerns and facilitated the repairs along with the help of Mark and Robert among others. I'm appreciative of Firestone rectifying the situation and making things right with me their customer.

Horrible experience here. Brought my BMW in for what should have been a quick oil change and a tune up. I get my car back and the blinkers, lights, and automatic windows no longer worked. Come to find out they had totally jacked up the wiring in my car. Mind you I had already paid nearly $500 for their "service". A week and a half later they could still not figure out how to fix it. Their manager Mark informed me that his hands were tied and his regional manager Kevin would not pay for a rental or for the BMW dealership to fix my car. Instead I would have to go to the dealership myself and get it fixed on my own coin. Remember I just went in for a simple oil change and tube up and this was the result. I will not be taking my car there again and I'm informing others of the lack of integrity in service displayed at this branch.
