  • Fourth time is the last time!!!! The only reason I kept going is because of a guy that worked in there I forget his name but he was hilarious and pretty okay at his job. So I go in today for a Mani/Pedi and eyebrows waxing, I was in that store for two hours not once was I offered a bottle of their cold water, The lady stuffed tissue between my toes instead of the foam toe separator even though I asked for one she refused to give me one and told me the tissue was better. The design I asked for on my toe was hideous when asked to change it several of the employees stood around my feet and talked in their language. They tried to convince me that the design was fine I insisted it was ugly and I did not like it, finally I told them to forget it and I would never come back to the store again! 2 hrs and $45 later (no tip) I was glad to leave and never to return again!!! If you want great customer service & your moneys worth going here would be a mistake!!!
