  • Ed, Chase, Liz, and Evan all helped me a great deal in the last 2 years with my property in Phoenix after I had moved to Denver. The Drummond group rented my property to great tenants and left me to do nothing but collect a check once a month. They kept me informed the whole way through and were always available when I needed to get someone on the phone. When I decided to sell my property they got the deal done in less than a month. This was quite impressive since I needed a cash buyer for my property. Ed and his team dealt with a great deal of challenges for this sale and still were able to get the job done in a timely manner. They took all of the stresses of renting and selling my home off my shoulders while I was in another state. They did a great job getting the job done in my unique set of circumstances and made the process a fun one. I'd trust them again and would recommend them to everyone for all of your real estate needs.
