My date and I wandered in on a Sunday afternoon and each ordered a tasting flight. We've had Sake before but this was an exceptional experience. The flavours were very crisp and fresh. We sampled cold sake but there were also hot options and Sake cider or ice cream. I should have asked the name of the gentleman serving us: he was so friendly and gave us a great background of the flavours and process. He also offered us generous complimentary samples of the single-pressing individually numbered batches of Sake. We didn't do the tour (a group was going through while we were there) but learned a lot just through the tastings. The fresh unpasteurized refrigerated Sake is available to purchase (can't buy it at the LCBO) in addition to others from their selection. A Sake brewery of this kind is very unique and it's awesome to have one so close to home! The tours would be great for a group! Definitely check this place out!
