  • I did a refinance on April 10th and a month goes by and I hear nothing, so I call them. The next day they call back saying it didnt go through. A MONTH goes by and nobody bothers to let me know? They said it goes back to my original deal. That's fine ,if you would have told me 3 or 4 weeks ago - NOT 9 days after my old payment was due. What kind of dealership is this? Totally unprofessional and uncaring. Worst experience Ive had in my lifetime in dealing with a car dealership. STAY AWAY! They are NOT to be trusted at all.
