I've been to Nu three times in six month. The first time I came for the Jewish Penicillin (matzo ball soup). I'd had a terrible day, was sick and needed some love. It hit the spot.
The last two times we've come as a family for brunch. We've covered most of the items on the menu. While not as diverse of a menu as Square in Regent Square, I feel the brunch is quite possible the best we have in Pittsburgh. You really can't go wrong. The flavors are amazing.
