It is not clear when you enter this bistro, if you should order at the counter and be seated (for dine-in service)- or just be seated. There are menus on the tables so it is logical that one should be seated and await table service. On my visit to Brothers, it was not busy at all and the staff saw me enter and sit down. Yet no one bothered to come over for 12-13 minutes. When I spied the beer taps and ordered a beer- a bottle of beer was delivered to my table with the explanation the taps were "fake". But the food came first. Most restaurants Give your beverage while you wait for your food. I had to remind them I had ordered the beer that they carded me for!!! (Despite being clearly Middle Aged, the waiter asked to see my ID). I ordered medium wings and received decidedly spicy-hot ones. The wings were drenched in sauce which may be this place's style. All-in-all, this was an unremarkable visit, and I doubt I'll ever come back.
