Horrible customer service. I just called to ask about membership and the first male customer service representative hopefully accidentally hung up. I called back to just ask about the average price of membership and the female representative was very rude about not being able to provide information. She gruffly said that I need to speak with a sales representative. I reluctantly said okay but I have a quick question about childcare... she cut me off and said I would need to speak with a salesperson. I said I just wanted to know if they have a childcare area... she cut me off again and said she would have the salesperson call me back. I told her not to bother. If my first two calls were this bad, I really don't want to bother with a third.
