This place has some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Appliances break all the time and good luck getting anyone to respond to your maintenance requests within the week. I had the worse experience when I first moved in and I should have known then not to sign the lease. I was told my apartment would be ready in time for my move in date. Well over 3 days I got several different phone calls telling me the unit was occupied and there wasn't any available and that I would have to wait 3 weeks. This was 5 days before I was suppose to be moving in. I ended up making a big enough deal that they "found something last minute" and it was a bigger unit and $150 more a month than what I had originally wanted. Fast forward to my move in day and I still didn't have a lease or keys. They moved me into a unit that had no working AC. I moved in July! They have made no attempts to try and fix things and have continued to fail in the service department. The pool gates are never unlocked so you have to jump over the fence to use the community pool on the weekends. The walls are so thin I can hear my neighbors talking next door and all the floors creak. This place is a joke.
