  • Growing up, my family went on a bunch of roadtrips, but we'd usually crash at a motel for a few hours and then be back on the road or exploring. This has instilled with me the easygoing preference that all I need is a clean bed/bathroom and I'm good. Anything above that, I will probably be amazed. We stayed here the week for my brothers wedding. They weren't having the wedding here, but we're still able to block out rooms. We got a room with 2 Queen beds and the bathroom was also a great size. If you do choose the breakfast, it's $11 per person, which seemed a little high, but, the food was good and it's all you can eat. Having the bar in the lobby is also a nice touch. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even with a couple little hiccups they had with us. The biggest was probably when my sister was taking a shower and the water just turned off out of nowhere. It took about 30-40 minutes for it to return after we called the front desk a few times. Another little thing was checking out, they had booked our room under a wrong card, like, completely different card that probably belonged to someone else. The front desk girl was able to fix it. It didn't take too long. My favorite part is the cookies! A warm chocolate chip cookie whenever I wanted. It was perfect. Their pool is a bit small and I'm not sure why they didn't make it a little bigger, since behind it is just the parking lot. If not for pool space but for space around the pool. It also took us forever to figure out how to turn the jacuzzi on. Hint: It's a button that says Emergency Shut-Off or something like that.
