I have been a loyal customer here for a few years, and their floral department is outstanding. Out of concern I have to speak out. For the past 6 months there have been too many instances of bringing home food (milk, cheese, meat) that spoils in a day or two before you even break the seal. And the quality of fruits and vegetables have become so poor I won't buy them. Something is up, maybe they have a refrigeration or food handling problem. Or maybe they are going to close the location and just don't care. Either way, I now have taken my business to Fryes across the street. If a regional manager reads this and wishes to talk about it, reply with a contact I would be happy to. Something is definitely up, and loyal or not I won't shop there anymore. Perhaps an honest reply to all your loyal customers would be in order. What's up?
