Put my prescriptions in at 8am and had to call to make sure they were filled by 6pm because they were going to make me wait until the next day. Unacceptable for my heart medication. Then, when I get there, it takes them 30 minutes to help two people in front of me in line. No wonder my prescriptions weren't ready, these people take 15 minutes to do a 2 minute job. And the pharmacy tech didn't even apologize for the wait. I had to tell her that the wait time was unacceptable because she had ZERO self awareness or sense of urgency. I most definitely will be taking my prescriptions to a pharmacy that values the time of their customers and will work hard to make their experience an efficient one.
